Bath

I was in my teens when I first saw Bath, and it brought Jane Austen's and Georgette Heyer's novels to life in a very real and profound way. Later, when spending time in Bristol and Clifton I was within easy reach of Bath. It remains a favourite place for shopping, dining, wandering, and museums.

Bath Abbey, exterior view and the nave.

The Royal Crescent at dusk.

One of my favourite Bath views. (There's an excellent yarn shop, another reason I love this street!)

The King's Bath and the Pump Room's spa water dispsener.

Houses in Queen Sqaure.
